Chelsea Ballard, NP

Chelsea Ballard is a certified nurse practitioner (NP) currently providing compassionate primary care to patients at our practice in the city of Buffalo. She studied Psychology at Buffalo State University and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Daemen University.

Chelsea is an experienced healthcare provider, including the five years she spent working as a registered nurse before electing to pursue her master’s degree. She has worked in a variety of medical specialties and environments, including in nursing homes, home care, and behavioral health settings.
