General Physician PC, affiliated with Kaleida Health is seeking a BC/ BE Pain Medicine Specialist for a full-time opportunity. We are seeking a Pain Medicine Specialist committed to a high standard of clinical care and patient satisfaction.

General Physician, PC is affiliated with Kaleida Health in Buffalo, is seamlessly blending the strengths of the best orthopedic spine and neurosurgery surgery providers in Western New York.  Our team of providers and support services provide a collaborative team for both providers and patients.

Opportunity Details

• Provide Professional Pain Medicine Services on an outpatient basis.
• Office based and potential to perform hospital-based procedures as desired.
• Partnership/Collaboration with UB Neuro- Surgery
• Inpatient procedures and consults will be at Buffalo General Hospital and/or Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  
• Call requirements will be shared with the other providers

• Income Guarantee with excellent income potential ($375K-450K)*

 * The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting. Requirements

• MD or DO Board Certified in Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology
• Active DEA license
• Active License to practice in NY State
